Online registration are closed. Should you wish to attend the EUGA Annual Meeting you can register onsite upon your arrival at Congress Venue. See you in Prague!
- Registration Fees are intended per person, in Euros, VAT free. The rates include:
- The rates include: Congress Kit, access to Scientific Sessions, CME papers, Certificate of Attendance, Lunch. Registration fees are reserved to physicians, physiotherapists, nurses, midwifes and other healthcare professionals. We invite Industry representatives, non-sponsoring the Congress but willing to attend #EUGA2024, to register online by selecting the dedicated fee of 600,00 Euros.
- Cancellation Policy: 100% refund for cancellations received by 31st July 2024. Registration fees are 50% refundable by 31st August 2024; any banking fees are not covered by refund policy. After 31st August, no refund will be issued.
- Companies interested in group registration packages can contact the organising secretariat by email for instructions.
- Access codes are requested for registration
To get your access codes, You can create a free profile simply clicking on the appropriate button:
- Individual users: Create a new individual user
- Once your profile is created, you will receive a summary email with your login details.
For this reason it is important that you indicate a valid email address.

- If you already own username and password, you can proceed with your registration to the event.
